Tour Divide Bikepacking T-Shirt - All Towns

Regular price $24.95 $0.00
This Tour Divide Bikepacking T-Shirt has every town along the route listed, forming the words Tour Divide. Nice! The map shows the route from Banff Canada to Antelope Wells, New Mexico. So, I did this bikepacking race a few years ago. It's 2700+ miles, 200,000 feet of climbing, mostly off road, and self supported. No sag wagons, nobody handing you food, no massages after you finish for the day. It's day in and day out of riding for about 15 hours per day. You carry everything you need and resupply food in towns. That's bikepacking.

After the couple of days on the Tour Divide, you are alone most of the day. It's hard physically and definitely hard mentally. The year I raced 40% of the starters dropped out. It rained...a lot. I had to walk for hours on end because of the sticky mud in Colorado. I slept in an out house in Montana...I was soaked and it was in the 30's. In New Mexico, I became severely dehydrated from 100+ temps. Good times. But the Tour Divide teaches you something about yourself. Who you are...stripped of ego. Some people don't like that. Your mind is your friend or it can be your enemy. It's a battle. And that is the essence of the Tour Divide Bikepacking Race...it's an internal battle with yourself. Your body says stop, I hurt, I'm tired, I'm hungry. The mind pushes you on. It's an amazing experience. Moving meditation in the most beautiful terrain you can image. So I designed this Tour Divide Cycling Tshirt to remind me of where I've been and what I've done. If you've done the Tour Divide, this tshirt will bring back memories. If you haven't done the Tour Divide, this tshirt may spark an interest in bikepacking that can lead you to an amazing and crazy experience!

This Tour Divide Cycling Tshirt? It's soft with a wee bit of stretch. They feel like your favorite T-shirt..but newer! Unisex so it fits men, women and everything in between. 100% cotton (heather colors contain some polyester for that worn look). It'll look good on you...no doubt!
